Enchanting Poznan houses watercolours

Service Description

SATURDAY 15TH MARCH: 1pm - 4pm At Saredon Studios, Newhall Arcade, 81 High Green, Cannock, WS11 1BN Just us on visual journey to Poznan, Poland with our fun watercolour workshop. Spend an enchanting afternoon with us painting this iconic location, whilst socialising with other creative minded people. You will enjoy learning and exploring essential watercolour skills in our relaxed friendly studio. This masterclass will have an historic feel, taking inspiration from the 16th century merchant houses situated in Stary Rynek (Old Market Square), Poznan. During this workshop you will experiment with colour and patterns, then paint your scene with watercolours. You will learn a range of watercolour techniques such as wet-on-wet, glazing and colour mixing. Recommended for complete beginners to intermediate levels. You are in safe hands with our helpful tutor Charlotte, who is an experienced illustrator and creative facilitator. She will cater her feedback to you as an individual, giving you confidence in your new abilities. This workshop runs on Saturday 15th March from 1pm until 4pm. It costs £39 per participant. All materials and equipment needed will be provided. Your workshop includes refreshments free of charge. Toilet facilities are on site. You are required to pay for the course in full, when booking. Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied throughout the workshop by a full paying adult. Our studio is wheelchair accessible. TUTOR: This workshop will be hosted by Charlotte. She has all the relevant background checks including a DBS check. Charlotte has gained vast experience as an illustrator and creative facilitator over numerous years. Working with the University of Wolverhampton, local schools and other organisations to host excellent workshops. Charlotte is also a freelance illustrator having worked on numerous projects such as murals and book illustrations.
