Evening Art class: Jan - Feb

WEDNESDAYS: 7:00PM - 9:00PM At Saredon Studios, Newhall Arcade, 81 High Green, Cannock, WS11 1BN Always wanted to learn how to create artwork you're proud of? Want to learn a new skill and socialise with other creatives? Then this is the course for you! You will enjoy learning and exploring essential drawing and painting skills in our relaxed friendly studio. This term we will be learning a mix of sketching and painting techniques, looking at seasonal and mindful themed activities. You will cover a range of areas and techniques such as sketching, layering, texture, colour mixing and tonal values. Perfect for complete beginners to intermediates, and refreshers! Our weekly Art class is ongoing, so you can join at any point. The terms follow on from each other, so you can continue to grow in confidence with your knew skills. Remaining dates for the Jan - Feb term: Week 1: 8th January Week 2: 15th January Week 3: 22nd January Week 4: 29th January Week 5: 5th February Week 6: 12th February Break: No class on the 19th February. The following term will then start on the 26th February. This booking is for 6 x two hour sessions, running weekly from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. It costs £156 per participant. If you can't make all of the dates for the term but would still like to join us that's no problem at all. Just email info@saredonstudios.co.uk the dates you would like to book and we can arrange everything with you. All materials and equipment needed will be provided. Your workshop includes refreshments free of charge. Toilet facilities are on site. You are required to pay for the workshop in full, when booking. Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied throughout the workshop by a full paying adult. Our studio is wheelchair accessible. TUTOR: This workshop will be hosted by Charlotte. She has all the relevant background checks including a DBS check. Charlotte has gained vast experience as an illustrator and creative facilitator over numerous years. Working with the University of Wolverhampton, local schools and other organisations to host excellent workshops. Charlotte is also a freelance illustrator having worked on numerous projects such as murals and book illustrations.
