Farmers market watercolours workshop

SATURDAY 14th JUNE: 1pm - 4pm At Saredon Studios, The Roller Mill, Teddesley Road, Penkridge, ST15 5BN. Swerve the supermarket and come a long to the studio for a fun watercolour workshop. Spend a chilled afternoon with us painting your own farmers market scene, whilst socialising with other creative minded people. You will enjoy learning and exploring essential watercolour skills in our relaxed friendly studio. This masterclass will have a traditional theme, taking inspiration from food items found at an authentic farmers market. During this workshop you will design your own composition, then paint your scene with watercolours. You will learn a range of watercolour techniques such as wet-on-wet, glazing and colour mixing. Recommended for complete beginners to intermediate levels. You are in safe hands with your helpful tutor Alexandra, who is an experienced artist and teacher. She will cater her feedback to you as an individual, giving you confidence in your new abilities. This workshop runs on Saturday 14th June from 1pm until 4pm. It costs £39 per participant. All materials and equipment needed will be provided. Your workshop includes refreshments free of charge. Toilet facilities are on site. You are required to pay for the course in full, when booking. TUTOR: Hosted by Alexandra, a qualified Art teacher and practicing artist with over 15 years’ experience. She’s worked freelance across the Midlands. Exhibited nationally and internationally, sharing her passion for inspiring future creatives.
