World through a window watercolours

SATURDAY 12th JULY: 1pm - 4pm At Saredon Studios, Newhall Arcade, 81 High Green, Cannock, WS11 1BN Escape to another part of the world with our fun watercolour workshop. Spend a relaxed afternoon with us painting your own perfect holiday scene through a window, whilst socialising with other creative minded people. You will enjoy learning and exploring essential watercolour skills in our relaxed friendly studio. This masterclass will have a memoir theme, taking inspiration from memories of past holidays, mini breaks, and city escapes. During this workshop you will design your own composition, then paint your scene with watercolours. You will learn a range of watercolour techniques such as wet-on-wet, glazing and colour mixing. Recommended for complete beginners to intermediate levels. You are in safe hands with our helpful tutor Charlotte, who is an experienced illustrator and creative facilitator. She will cater her feedback to you as an individual, giving you confidence in your new abilities. This workshop runs on Saturday 12th July from 1pm until 4pm. It costs £39 per participant. All materials and equipment needed will be provided. Your workshop includes refreshments free of charge. Toilet facilities are on site. You are required to pay for the course in full, when booking. Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied throughout the workshop by a full paying adult. Our studio is wheelchair accessible. TUTOR: This workshop will be hosted by Charlotte. She has all the relevant background checks including a DBS check. Charlotte has gained vast experience as an illustrator and creative facilitator over numerous years. Working with the University of Wolverhampton, local schools and other organisations to host excellent workshops. Charlotte is also a freelance illustrator having worked on numerous projects such as murals and book illustrations.
