You are purchasing a PERSONAL USE ONLY licence for any of our digital products. Meaning you can use the resources and content for personal use ONLY. Saredon Studios Ltd reserves the ownership and rights to all digital content and products. You have no rights to sell, share, give away or pass on any digital content from your download.

How to download

As soon as your payment has been processed a page will load on your screen with a clickable link to the digital download content. You can download your purchase through that link. Or use the link emailed to you after your purchase is complete. You will receive a .zip file containing the digital content you purchased.

We offer standard delivery in the UK which is 1st class Royal Mail. If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will do our very best to oblige.

 

Processing time

Processing time for an order is 3 to 5 business days for standard items. Unless stated differently on the item page. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed from the next business day. Please be aware that processing time is in addition to shipping time.

Delivery times 

Delivery time for items is usually within 3 to 5 days but please allow up to 7 days. Please allow longer for delivery during peak times such as Christmas.

Prices will be indicated at checkout.

Deliveries outside the UK

Unfortunately we do not offer physical product deliveries outside of the UK. We do other digital downloads worldwide.

 

Further information

We will deliver your order to the delivery address given by you during your order process. We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information given, failure to accept delivery, or for delays in the delivery caused by a third party such as the postal service. Despatch times shown are indicative only and may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock. 

 

Goods returned as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before investigating an undelivered item. Saturday, Sunday and Monday are not considered business days for processing and delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Our products are either digital, personalised or made to order you. If you have any faults with your order please contact us via email. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving your item of any damaged or defective products to be eligible for a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
